Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased from Gahnaa Jewels.
• The item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item is returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and certificates.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
• Sale or clearance items.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

   • Contact our customer service at +91 88500 41440 or email us at roysenterprisesmumbai@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. Return Authorization:

   • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Shipping:

   • Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the original receipt and any other documentation provided with the item. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
   • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Rejection:

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is not in its original condition), we will notify you and return the item to you.

Refund Exceptions

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
